{"id":1160,"date":"2024-08-09T18:39:36","date_gmt":"2024-08-09T16:39:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/raquelmagem.com\/?p=1160"},"modified":"2024-08-13T11:46:15","modified_gmt":"2024-08-13T09:46:15","slug":"helado-magem","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/raquelmagem.com\/en\/helado-magem\/","title":{"rendered":"Helado MAGem"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Calentar el aceite de coco al ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda si est\u00e1 s\u00f3lido a temperatura ambiente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Triturar el pl\u00e1tano pelado con el aceite de coco y la vainilla y obtener una crema espesa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rellenar los moldes de \u201cpolo\u201d con esta crema y llevarlos al congelador.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para la cobertura, poner el aceite en un bol y esto sobre una olla con un poco de agua al fuego para calentar al ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda el aceite.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A\u00f1adir la algarroba y la canela y remover con el batidor manual hasta que se cree una crema.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sacar del congelador y del molde y ba\u00f1ar en la misma salsa de algarroba. Y a continuaci\u00f3n espolvorear a gusto los extras que queramos que queden enganchados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Volver a dejar en el congelador en un tupper o similar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tomar cuando te apetezca.
