{"id":1799,"date":"2025-03-10T15:55:31","date_gmt":"2025-03-10T14:55:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/raquelmagem.com\/?p=1799"},"modified":"2025-03-10T16:35:56","modified_gmt":"2025-03-10T15:35:56","slug":"bocatines-de-brocoli","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/raquelmagem.com\/en\/bocatines-de-brocoli\/","title":{"rendered":"Pan de br\u00f3coli"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lavar el br\u00f3coli y cortar en florillas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Triturar las florecillas en la batidora junto con los huevos y el aceite para obtener una especie de pur\u00e9 (puede costar un poco si la batidora no es potente).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pasar a un bol y mezclar con la sal y la levadura.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entonces a\u00f1adir la harina de tapioca poco a poco mientras vamos mezclando hasta obtener una crema muy espesa (algo m\u00e1s que la t\u00edpica de bizcochos).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Disponer en molde alargado de silicona o en peque\u00f1os tipo magdalena, al gusto. La cuesti\u00f3n es que aconsejo que la masa ocupe menos de\u00a0 dos dedos de altura.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Precalentar el horno a 180 y hornear hasta que est\u00e9 cuajado y dorado, unos 30 minutos aproximadamente. Si los moldes son peque\u00f1os menos tiempo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Listo para comer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mi sugerencia es hacer mini bocadillos, partir por la mitad, dorar cada lado en la sart\u00e9n con un poco de ghee, rellenar con algo salado y comer como bocadillo.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La idea es de Instagram.
